Product Camp Belfast is an unconference, focused on Product Management and Experience Design topics.
Product Camp Belfast follows the barcamp concept, so there are no “attendees”. Anyone with something to contribute or with the desire to learn is welcome and invited to join.
When you come, be prepared to share with the other campers.
When you leave, be prepared to share it with the world.
What can I expect?
Anyone can suggest a session, or help with one, or otherwise volunteer / contribute in some way to support the event.
When you arrive you will have a chance to complete a card outlining your idea for a session. Cards will then be put up on the wall. All sessions are scheduled on the day so prepare in advance. The people present at the event will vote on the sessions that will be run.
Session should typically last for 20 – 30 minutes.
We are now looking for session suggestions, along with volunteers to help on the day, so please contact us via email.
When and What
On the 4th May 2018 we will see the inaugural Product Camp Belfast host 2 great tracks. Product discovery, product delivery and agile. See below for some idea of themes. And feel free to put up your idea for a session in our Trello board
Product Discovery – Build the right thing: user research, market research, de-risking, prototyping, design sprints, ideation, scoping.
Product Delivery – Build the thing right: product leadership, balanced teams; stakeholder management, road mapping, epics & story writing.
We will kick things of at 12pm with a light lunch and finish up about 6pm. Agenda and timings will be published a little closer to the time.
For those who can get a pass out for the night, we are planning on picking a venue to continue the conversations and grab a few well earned beverages together.
Allstate, 10 Mays Meadows, Belfast, BT1 3PB
Why not submit a topic by emailing productcampbelfast. You can see whats already been submitted to date on Trello.
A massive thank-you to our 2018 sponsors, without them and you, Product Camp Belfast would not exist.
